Terrible Service

<p>Was on the online chat with a guy called Darren at the Head Office last week and asked him what to do if I need to change my Medical aid cover to one of the other options they have and he advised me that I need to be either pregnant, getting married or adding someone if I want to change medical aid. I advised him that I'm not pregnant, getting married or adding someone I just want to change it and he advised he is unable to assist me with that. i'm thinking about cancelling the Medical aid but I'm still looking at other options before I do</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
