Terrible medical aid provider

Earlier last month, I gave Fedhealth 1 month's notice to terminate as I am moving to a new medical aid due to new employment and have to be on the company's medical aid.

It has come to light that Fedhealth has not paid for blood work I took a month ago. Upon being asked why I am first told by the consultant that they will release the funds for the blood work and then immediately after I'm told that credit controller refuses as I will be terminating end of the month. I was still a member of the medical aid last month and therefore should have access to my medivault for any claims submitted prior to my termination date let alone a MONTH AGO.
