Terminated the service. Still paying debit orders
I terminated my service and gave the medical aid more than a calendar months notice. I still get a debit order and joined another medical scheme meaning I am now paying for 2 medical aid schemes.
I can't get through on the phone and no one answers my emails to their member email address.
I've been a part of this scheme for years, but this is the sort of service that has pushed me away. Please contact me to rectify this ASAP.
