Terminated my medical aid & *********** Staff

I contacted Fedhealth advising I could not make payments and requested that they suspend it until I could pay. The lady advised that it was possible and I needed to send through a motivation letter. Before I knew it, my medical aid was terminated. She never got back to me and decided to terminate. They now blame me for their *********** staff. I am now trying to reinstate my medical aid since the 26th May and filled in forms ,motivation letter sent . after numerous calls ,I am told they will decide when to reinstate. Up to date no feedback. Everytime I call ,they dont have a turn around time . everytime I email,no response. When we in arrears ,we have calls coming through every hour . when we request our medical and to be re instated ,you dont get any feedback. I am terrified by the response and service I have received . I even went as far as emailing supervisors ,still no response
