TERIBBLE MEDICAL AID!

Fedhealth is the worst medical aid ever! I am covered for maternity benefits and was promised 8 pre-natal gynae visits to no avail. I am yet to enjoy these benefits four months into my pregnancy.

I had to change my gynae and switch to a Fedhealth network gynae in order to receive my benefits.

I comp**** HOWEVER, when I submit my claim for payment I made in cash at the gynae same is not refunded unless I release funds from the vault.

However, when releasing funds from the vault my monthly debt order increases in order to repay the funds taken from the vault.

Essentially I am going in circles paying myself in addition to the monthly payment.

Fedhealth has been very disappointing and unhelpful and turning what is supposed to be the happiest time of my life into the most stressful.

At this rate I anticipate that although I am told I have full hospital cover I will be slapped with a huge bill after giving birth.

I might as well cancel my SO CALLED medical cover and save my monthly installment to pay for my hospital stay in cash.

Because I am currently paying a monthly installment and paying additional cash for my "BENEFITS" yet Fedealth is the only party receiving the benefit here.

VERY UNHAPPY AND PREGNANT MEMBER WHO IS STRESSED SOLELY BECAUSE OF FEDHEALTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
