Taking Money

i requested that the activation date of my medical be changed , i was told that it is not a problem and will be done , they then deducted money for something that had not yet been activated i also cancelled the medical and was told that i will get a refund , when i phoned to find out when i will be getting my refund i was told that my request is out of the scheme rules and that i will not be refunded. They have taken money for services not rendered. <br> and they also have the cheek to tell you that you are a **** that i did not send through any requests after i have it in black and white
