Taken for a ride even after providing documents required by the medical aid

I was admitted at hospital in April when I had an emergency working far away from home. The medical scheme did not have network hospitals there and I had no choice but to use a hospital outside their network since it was a matter of life and dead. After that the medical aid requested a report from the doctor showing that it was an emergency and documents from me to prove that I was there for work. We provided them with everything and they started ignoring my emails on the feedback on the matter. I have forwarded almost ten emails with no response to the lady that was handling my case. It’s almost 7 months with no help from them.
