System is flawed

I was very excited to join the scheme especially after their medical reboot and in partnership with Sanlam great benefits and options, however after the incorrect imposition of a condition-specific waiting period of which the condition is a PMB. Their system is entirely flawed, contradictions of information with consultants, just a total **** show there.

Biggest regret ever joining and such a shame that the scheme has great benefits and options. System is flawed.
