suspension and termination a fully paid medical aid

I am at a point where I'm really going to cancel my medical aid. My medical aid keeps on being suspended and now I got a termination letter. I pay my medical aid on time and never have I missed a premium. I've sent Payments and no one came back to me. subsequently the suspension was lifted and to my surprise my medical aid is now terminated. I call and guess what there is only one person who can assist and give reasons why he keeps on suspending my benefit and lifting it and so on. A whole medical scheme uses 1 person to word on credit control. Wow fedhealth. To say am disappointed would be a lie i am ****ed as hell
