Suspend me after I made payment

Good day!!! What do I do now? Fed health is suspending me, the reason that they did not get payment after I had made a manual payment on the 31st of May2015 13:01:10. According to them the did not received my payment and now they are suspending me????? I have called the call centre on the 27Th of may to inform them that my banking details have changed, the lady said to me over the phone that I need to make a manual payment.....THAT WHAT I DID AND NOW I HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED?????
