SUSPCTED **** BY FED HEALTH
Tonight I received a "statement of my account" from Fed Health, only I'm not a member and never have been - Apparently my wife and are supposed to have joined on 1/8/2019, yet we have never spoken to anyone at Fed Health. Who can I report this matter to and how can I have our names removed from their records?
