supposed to be active from 1 November

Weve decided to change our medical to Fedhealth. Ok so all documents was done and sent in before 1 October so that we will be active from 1 November. So my previous medical aid was cancelled end of October. Today i've phoned for medical aid cards. Only to hear that we are in active as the documents are at under writing because of our conditions. I was told that we will be active from 1 November now i hear that we are not active. So we dont have a medical aid now. Now Fedhealth told me that we will be active from 1 December, what am I supposed to do now for this month. This is bull ****, I already regret my choice in Fedhealth. This is only the beginning and already i have problems with them. And come end of November then they want to deduct money but we not active. I have emails to prove that said 1st November. Now we are *****ed because someone at Fedhealth ****ed up.<br>
