ONCE AGAIN, after 2 weeks of trying to sort out an OPTION CHANGE mess created by Fed Health I spoke and emailed Karabo Radebe, who not only understood the query and mess super efficiently SHE RESOLVED it within a week. As a broker finding such consultants is a breathe of fresh air as it decreases our frustrations as the BC's are always on the road, seemingly from now on if I need to engage with Fed Health clearly she will be my go to person.
