Still waiting on promised calls, excuses and lies.

I am now writing yet another review for the same problem I have had since the beginning of the year. I was promised a follow-up call, which again, apparently is not very important. They are still trying to get out of paying R375 for a visit last year that fell under last year's plan. They finally admitted that my doctor is on the network which is one step in the right direction as that was a pathetic excuse and they seemed to think it was actually viable. They have also managed to register that this is the doctor I have been seeing for years. If I do ever actually get that call that they promised I am interested in knowing what the next excuse is to get out of paying R375. If they continue to make excuse I would like to see the receipt for what they intend to use this money on, because it certainly isn't phone calls or staff training.
