Still waiting for membership card

I joined Fedhealth 1st of January this year after leaving Discovery. Within the first week I signed up I received a call saying I will receive my welcome package withing 2 weeks. It has now been 3 months and I am still waiting for that welcome package which includes my membership card. I did call about this issue and the lady said the package was send I must be patient because of the strike at the Post office. That call was a month ago and I am still waiting. Funny thing is I am receiving my Fedhealth statements in the post but not my membership card...
