Still waiting for app forms
I called on the 29th of October wanting to put my mom on the Blue Door Plus option, I spoke to a young lady and she promised to send me the application form after I repeated my email address to her. Low and behold today is the 12th of November and I still haven't received these docs therefore mom still has no medical aid.
