Still waiting

I logged a Hellopeter last week friday and i am still waiting for feedback.

I was online on the chat facility and chatted to Darren who was so rude and abrupt. He did not even greet and i have emailed the chat to myself as proof which i can send you.

I am totally disgusted with Fedhealth level of customer service. The only person in your business is Ryan who understands customer centricity
