Still 'Pending' Coverage

Good Afternoon<br> <br> I recently signed my husband on as a dependant. Fedhealth sent me the forms and asked me to complete them, and NEVER requested any additional paperwork. They've billed me twice, but left him as 'pending' until August even though he's never had unbroken coverage so should be immediately listed as an active member. They did not tell me they would do this, I just happened to see it on my statement. Now I have sent in the documents of proof and they still won't give me an answer as to his status. This is ridiculous and I will be taking our business elsewhere. I also want a refund for his coverage as he was never in fact covered and is now at risk. What if he has an accident?!
