Still no outcome

After posting on Hellopeter and a representative responding here, I am still waiting for a detailed statement about the money they took off our bank account. I have emailed them, and still nothing is being done. What is the point of having a representative responding here in public but nothing gets done. I want a refund of the money that was taken off our account.
