Still no joy after many calls

Hi Guys

After about 20 calls to every department there is I'm still waiting for a call back to discuss why I cannot get the medication that I need to control my diabetes.

Promises to have a health care professional call me to discuss what my benefits are and explain what my plan covers have been fruitless.

Ref No - 010422CGVT0G and 040422Q23PYN not answered. Will be a week tomorrow with no response.

Anyone else experience this type of bad service? Is there a good medical aid company that actually helps with diabetes control where you don't have to fight for your medication?
