Still NO ASSISTANCE!

Why Fedhealth? I received a reply to my previous complaint that lacked empathy and only presented your mediocre facts regarding my claim issue. I then raised a dispute immediately, and surprise, surprise, still no answer, AGAIN!!! Why do I have to take these measures to get some support here? I want someone to review my dispute that I emailed on March 4th, 8 days ago. I do not want any sugarcoating! I want proof or the medical ombudsman for me.
