Still grieving with such poor service

I cannot believe that Fedhealth has not paid my mom's hospital bills as yet. She passed away two months ago and I am still getting calls from the hospital. I accidentally double paid Fedhealth when they requested payment for June and after that I have not heard from them. So they have my money and left me with unpaid hospital bills and the hospital's attorneys keep calling me. When can I have peace of mind?
