Still disgusted!!

I have a letter dated 12 June confirming that the R2350 was refunded and that the membership is terminated. You promised me faithfully that the debit order was cancelled yet on 1 July you deduct the vault twice again????????????????? What is wrong with Fedhealth? Is it your staff that are just useless? Am i going to need to lay a charge against you to stop this?
