How I wish there were a -100 rating for this medical Aid!

Worst experience ever - customer over 10 years... what does that mean absolutely nothing. Medivault is a *** concept........ nothing more than a loan product.... now left with an expensive hospital plan that covers absolutely nothing.

Just spoke to Sifiso on the Online chat.... worst service ever (can provide the transcript) even took the liberty of cancelling my medical aid for me.... really?

Don't think the words retention officer or customer retention is at all part of your vocabulary. Can you please provide feedback on the service received from Sifiso including confirmation of my policy cancellation....

I will make it my live's mission to let people know what horrible products you provide.
