Stay away from this medical provider- Worst Admin Department by far

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PATHETIC MEDICAL AID. i have been trying to cancel my membership for 3 weeks now and still cannot seem to get a cancellation certificate issued. I need this confirmation of cancellation for my new medical aid and Fedhealth keeps pushing me around. I phone every 3rd day and I get told it is in progress and then i get told it was not requested. the worst admin department i have dealt with and i have dealt with gov departments.... that should tell you enough!!!! if there was a zero star rating I would have given that.
