STAY AWAY FROM FEDHEALTH MEDICAL SCHEME

Do not move to fedhealth, I cannot tell you all the issues that I have had with this so called medical service provider. I moved to them some time back, thinking it was a cheaper option as Discovery is expensive. Yes they are but you pay for what you get. I think this company operates from the garage of someone's house. They do not respond to complaints, they do not reply to emails, their chat facility is ridiculous, their agents have no idea at all and cannot even speak English. If you are planning to move to them DON'T. If you do not want to take my word for it, my father moved to the same plan over a year ago, he has the exact same issues as me, my sister has been with them for 6 months, she is moving her entire family back to Discovery, I hear nothing but complaints about them all the time. They will not even listen to this complaint, trust me, they will not reply or do anything to assist their members. I am going back to discovery, i would rather pay more and feel secure in my medical aid then have some ridiculous joke for a medical aid service provider securing the risks my family may be exposed to. I cannot begin to tell you enough how much of a mistake it will be to move to them .......DONT, you will regret it. STAY AWAY FROM FEDHEALTH!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! IT IS A BIG MISTKE.
