Stay Away From Fedhealth!

Fedhealth has a new advert where they imply you have a"freedom to choose" with them which is just a way to spin customers into their web of lies. I logged a hello Peter compliant a while back and the complaint was responded to by a Mbali Mazibuko who called me on a Thursday and confirmed that my complaint was valid as the agent I spoke to was supposed to make me aware of additional charges, if there will be any, she said she was going to investigate the matter and get back to me, she made me aware that it will not be Friday since they had a year end function on Friday, Monday it is then. Monday came and went and nothing from this Mbali person, she phoned me on Tuesday which I reminded her that she was supposed to call me Monday already, when she responded to me I could pick up complete sarcasm and annoyance from her voice "and yet these are the people that are entrusted with handling complaints" she claimed that she was still investigating and will get back to me in due co****, the next day she phoned me with a spam number which my phone blocked, she the sent me a mail from a customer service email claiming she tried calling me to no avail which I responded to that mail and needless to say, to date she has never gotten back to me and also the team leader that I spoke to who claimed she was going to send me my call about three weeks back and nothing to date, which this is a clear indication of poor customer handling hence the first agent failed to make mension of all these surprising charges that I keep incurring from Fedhealth which I have cancelled by the way, if their team leaders and complaints department carry themselves in such an appalling manner then how is their junior staff suppose to handle clients? People stay away from Fedhealth!! They can advertise to lure clients till they are blue, you want proper customer service and a company that trains their work force then Fedhealth is not the company to get medical aid with. Stay Away From Fedhealth!!!!!!
