Stay away at all costs

Completely impossible to get any assistance from this company. TCF is apparently a foreign concept to them. I have tried emailing, whatsapp, calling , reporting them on their own ***** line - nothing. I’ve submitted a pre authorization request and heard nothing. Shame on you Fedhealth. Spend more money taking care of you clients than the folly advertising you do. Please advise how to contact you that works.
