state hospitals

i would like to know were does state hospitals fit into the blue door plus network. what doctors are going to treat met there and which hospitals fall under the network. what procedures are done in state hospitals and the current pendemic is teriible and these hospitals yet i will be paying medical aid to go to state hospitals.
