The end of November I added a dependent to my medical aid, and on the 10th of Dec I canceled the contract, note 10 days, January they deducted the amount of two adults R4000 and said they will cancel the beneficiary but they wont pay back a cent. Now on Feb the deducted R7000 from my account, this is basically for 4 adults, i am one person on the most basic plan. Fedhealth is a ******* company, you are just a number, countless calls and emails wont get you a response, I will litterally have to go and consult about the medical ombudsman... share this people, this is what a client with medical needs are, a victim to take advantage off
