Sooooo Pathetic

If I could give them 0 rating I would. They are selling this extra savings if you get a Health Risk Assessment, yet when they have to load it its a whole different story. I visited my GP on the 6th of Jan. Got the HRA done but my doc had no way of loading it seems they need a form which they failed to provide their Network GP's. trying to get assistance via email is a huge joke because the people who respond to you have no idea what they are doing. One literally told me the only way to get it done is only via a pharmacy yet both the app and the website say one can also go to a GP. Long story short the doc cant load it because they dont make sure the docs have everything they need for these extra services. All I know is I've played my part I want those extra savings as promised.
