Son diagnosed with a disease he has NEVER had!!!!

My son went to the Dr and was told he had upper airway infection, which he has had before and the claim to the medical aid was processed the same as what they have done it before when he had upper airway infection. However this time Fedhealth felt the need to register on my sons chronic illnesses that he has Myocarditis.<br> <br> The first time I called to attempt to fix it I was told the doctor needs to send through a new claim because having this \disease"on my sons medical records will affect his medial cover in his future. Then I called again and was told by a guy in the chronic department that the disease should NEVER have been loaded in the first place and it was their error. Then I called yet again because it is still reflecting on my statement and was told they would refer it through to the IT department to remove it off my statement. <br> <br> I was then eventually called back by someone and was then told that the IT department cannot remove it. Apparently it can be added but not removed. She said it would be referred to the team leader again to sort it out .... And I now receive an email saying that case number:050615QB3HLW has been closed and resolved!?!?!?!?!?!? TOTALLY unacceptable!!"""
