SIMONE LOUW, YOU MAKE ME SMILE!

I want to thank Simone Louw for such exceptional service. I have been a member with Fedhealth for 3 months and decided to change to another option and to complicate things I decided to move my children as well to my husband's option. It is an extremely complicated situation, but not for Simone Louw. She is always friendly and she keeps me updated on matters and helps me every step of the way and she keeps on reassuring me that I should not worry everything will be sorted out. What a fantastically great person to work with. I am writing this review because service these days is so hard to get and when you do receive good service one tends to forget to thank that person or company. So thank you Simone Louw!!!!
