Sick and tired of Fedhealth

I am so appalled by this medical aid scheme and their unprofessionalism. I am a former Topmed member and have been waiting for 2 cards, that were 'supposedly' posted to me end of August. We have been checking our post almost every day since and nothing. I have called their offices more than 10 times asking for the same thing, the other time I was told that they will courier it and it will take 7 working days to arrive. I called after 10 days and was told there was a delay. On some days I am told there is a delay on others I get told they have sent mailed/couriered the card. This is a lie. My child stays more than 500 kms away from me, she needs a card, I also need a card. I pay my monthly premiums none stop but if this is the service I pay for, I hear Best Med is the best. If these cards issues are not sorted today, Fedhealth can miss me.
