Short changed

After 16 years of being with Fedhealth I would caution anyone who sign up with them! After the overhauled the medical aid I was put on a family option. I’m was on single person option. A few rands allocated to day to day which was utilized with one dental visit after which my medical aid became a very very expensive hospital plan. I no longer can trust this medical aid less any medical aid and will have to review my medical aid annually which I haven’t as I’ve not been done in by my medical aid before. We trust you with our health and you short change loyal customers. Shocking!
