Shoddy Service Again

The anaethetist has still not been paif from the 14th April although he has emailed his bank details to yourselves. I am unable to elicit a response from Fedhealth. Why have these banking details not been loaded, they were emaile to yourselves on the 6th May and again on around the 12 th May?

Today I went to the GP and nothing was funded yet I am over thresh hold. These visist have alsways been funded at the Fedhealth rate once over thresh hold, as your plan states.

The non payment of the doctore above dates back to the 14th April 2024.

It is a great pity that Fedhealth does not honour its plans, communate back to clients and with holds payments when it in fact should not.

Kindly pay the above doctor and refund my GP claim.
