Shocking service once AGAIN!!!
I cant believe the terrible service from Fedhealth once again! Second time they cant pick up my payment and send a rude sms to say that my account is handed over to Transunion ITC but its PAID!!!!! What is your problem!!! I know you said that you need to train your staff better but come on, how the hell can you run like this! I want this matter resolved ASAP!!!!! I AM SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR *********** SERVICE!!! This has been going on for far too long!
