SHOCKING SERVICE FROM FEDHEALTH

The customer service from Fedhealth is SHOCKING AND APPALLING!! it seems like all the consultants are working on different systems and not with the same "recorded" system as they are never able to trace anything.

After confirming that my pregnancy will be covered from the Non disclosure dept, they are now refusing to REINSTATE our medical aid (after TERMINATING IT IN AUGUST APPARENTLY without our knowledge)...but yet accepting our ocntributions for SEPT, OCT, NOVEMBER. now i need to give birth on wednesday and cant get my bed booked through the medical aid and they are refusing to give us a refund for the extra moneys paid??

No consideration for an unborn life or a pregnant woman to say the least!!!
