Shocking service from Fed Health

This is this most shocking medical aid! They have been nothing short of a nightmare. I am to date waiting for a response from them regarding some very serious matters. Their call centre are utterly useless and their decision making board couldn’t care less about their customers whose precious lives are in their hands. Top Med was a million time’s more efficient than this! People stick to Discovery and Momentum. I have experience with all three and Fed Health are absolutely appalling!
