SHOCKING HORRIBLE SERVICE

Absolutely horrible service from their brokers- I enquired a while ago about one of their plans- the broker told me things which I found out later was completely FALSE. Now I am stuck without medical aid (I did not accept options with my new employer based on what FEDHEALTH told me- who I thought would be a better option for me) I have run out of time to get myself covered as I previously cancelled with another medical aid. All because of V A L E N T E E N , who then later tried to pass the buck - did not respond or acknowledge her LIES and then even that person that she rubbed me off on- did NOT contact me .. PATHETIC SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT !
