Shocking end to this relationship!!

Fedhealth administration is shocking. I have been waiting for a certificate to release me from Fedhealth for over a month after cancelling my membership and after numerous emails and calls when I finally receive it, i get an email telling me I owe them R 11750.00 because my medivault was activated even though I havent used it. After being with Fedhealth for 12 years, this last month of cancellation has ruined my entire history with them and will never recommend Fedhealth to anyone. Your admin staff are rude and have no idea how to deal with customers.
