Shocking

I phoned in to check my Fedhealth medical aid scheme was still all in order only to find out it was not active , they never credited my money I was paying monthly to my scheme so it was not active if I never called and something happened to me , I would have been rejected by the hospital and been taking to a government hospital , the lady I was talking to was so rude and when the call kept cutting off from my side because of the service she told me I put the phone down on her , she never phoned me back to say all was in order I had to phone her back was disgusting service I would not recommend Fedhealth to anyone
