Shocking customer service
Had a shocking experience with fedhealth. They have taken forever to pay my in hospital claims after having my baby. One of the doctors has been waiting nearly 5 months for payment, and it is just excuse after excuse. No one seems to actually want to help. The rest of the doctors were paid after 3 months which is also shocking. Starting to get really fed up with this medical aid.
