Shocking customer service!!

I wrote a review on the 24th of November regarding the very poor customer service from Fedhealth. Sent an email to Fedhealth on the 21st of November, had 3 webchats where I requested for a manager from Fedhealth to phone me. Which I was promised would definitely happen. I'm still waiting for someone from Fedhealth to contact me. The blatant disregard Fedhealth shows towards their clients is shocking. And clearly Fedhealth does not care about negative reviews on HP.
