SHOCKING ADMINISTRATION

if I could give a minus star I would. Useless it to kind. I have been trying since May 2022 to have a debit order implemented for our medical vault. Farhaad/ Clinton/ Glenda/ Matilda/ Zelda and the host of other staff that I have spoken to have yet to implement the debit order. This results in our medical aid being suspended every three months and me spend a week on the telephone sorting it out, only to receive empty promises from the staff at Fedhealth. PEOPLE I WANT TO GIVE YOU MONEY.......
