**** service, they don't get things done
What a **** service. I resigned 2 months ago and arranged for my medical aid to be downgraded and the premium to be debited from my account. This has not been done and my membership has been suspended. I need to take my son to the doctor but due to inefficiency on your part I cannot do that. If my son's condition gets worse I will sue the living daylights out of you. You better fix this NOW!!!
