**** service from fedhealth

I hate fedhealth I wish I did not join or sign up with them on 26th of Jan 2021 I logged a review here on hello Peter because I needed help but only to find out that fedhealth it's full of bull**** their consultants are immature nd *********** they can't solve a query instead they called me to tell me **** I'm so furious right now because hospital its busy calling me with a high bill meanwhile I've tried to sort the issue out since from last year but fedhealth never responded to my query instead they will drag a query then tell u these nothing they can do

Such service its not right I hope someone can call me someone who is willing to help me cause I'm not going to leave this matter hanging I'm still going to escalate it to ombudsman until its sorted I won't allow to be treated like **** as yet I was paying my money for them to service me
