**** service and suppose to be top medical aid

I went to the doc in april and paid cash because my medi vault wasnt active and no money in my savings acc. I then logged a claim with fedhealth for a refund. Ive send emails with my bank statement, bank details. Ive been *****ed around so many times, ive chatted to a lady that told me i must email docs to ********** co.za then i get emails saying i must use another email address. Im so gatvol of this medical aid, i will go back to boncap next year.
