Self serving medical aid!
Fedhealth now forces members to obtain chronic medication via Pharmacy Direct - who delivers medication to your home. Even though this might seem like a convenient option for some people it is not convenient at all for people who work away from home. I work away from home constantly and only spend random times at home. It is therefore impossible for me to obtain my chronic medicines via my medical aid and I am forced to pay for it out of pocket. Just another way this thieving medical aid gets to worm their way out of their commitments.

15 Feb 2021, 14:06I am still eagerly awaiting a call! This medical Aid is going from bad to worse! I have now run out of critical chronic medication and my medical aid has not done anything. I am forced by this thieving scheme to obtain medicines from their allocated supplier but nothing is being delivered. Maybe this medical scheme would prefer it if their clients died!
