Seek help from council for medical schemes how long till my daughter condition is registered???

Yes its me again the mommy that is just concerned for her baby girl. I seeked help from the medical council and they informed me that a decision was granted although my medical aid declined. My daughter are in need of PMB treatments how long will i now wait for this to be approved. Also the treatments that were supposed to be PMB and that i had to pay I re submitted to my medical aid for re imbur*****t as this were supposed to be a PMB in the first place.
